And so it is confirmed, Krew looks more like Adam than me. I think so, but you would have to see him in person with his eyes open. I think he looks more like Adam than 10%. Anyhow, not much went on since the grandparents left. I did have my friend Jacque's reception that I went to on Friday night. She looked beautiful and they are so so happy. CONGRATS JAC WE LOVE YA LOTS!! Also, CONGRATS TO SUMMER ON THE NEW BUN IN THE OVEN, MY MONEY IS ON A GIRL!!
Here are some recent pics of Krew. He is still skinny in the waist. He doesn't fit any newborn clothes anymore, but he also doesn't fit into any 0-3 months (only onesies) the shorts have to be rolled like 3 times. Sad I know!!
Alrighty my utah friends!! We are coming up from the 12-20 so lets get together. Email me or leave a comment so I can coordinate plans with everyone. I would like to see all my friends while I am up there so let me know if all of you will be around and available.

Krew's first experience in his swing!
So, we wanted to test it out to see if he liked it and I must say, he loves it!! He ended up falling asleep in it. It is definately a life saver because Krew has gotten so spoiled with both Grandma's here, he is held every second and we are now trying to break him of that.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS HELPED LIFT OUR BURDENS!!
We wanted to make sure to let some people know we appreciate all you have done since I have had the baby and had my surgery. Paralee you are a life saver thanks for everything you rock!! Also, Staci you seriously have been the biggest help ever. I am so glad I have you in my life. You mean so much to me and have helped us so much, with cooking dinner and playing taxi driver!! LOL. Tricia, we love the cute outfit, it was great to see you and Claudia thanks for all the help when you were here. We appreciate everything you have done for us!!
JULY 24TH WEEKEND!!

WHERE DID KENNETH COME FROM?
Ok so everyone keeps asking where Krew's middle name comes from so here it goes: First off we were planning on naming the baby Preston Adam, however, we liked the name Krew as well so at the last minute changed it. Ken and Nona are like our adopted parents. They are some of the most amazing people we have ever known and they are really compassionate about life and people in general. They bought Krew his nursery set and have basically saved us from being homeless. We felt that there were not enough words that could ever measure up to "THANKS" so we thought that giving Krew the middle name of Kenneth (after Ken) would be priceless, so that's kind of our way of wanting Krew to carry a piece of Ken and Nona with him through life and hopefully he grows up to be as compassionate and kind as they have been to Adam and I. They are so much fun to be with, we love spending time with them and know there are many more to come!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Time Fly's When You Are A New Mommy!!
So, a lot has happened in the last week. First off the day after my last post, I had a massive gall bladder attack and went to the ER (this is my life story) they admitted me and I ended up having my gall bladder removed Friday morning. So, Adam's mom was coming in later that evening and so I went home and fell asleep with the baby on my chest until he came back. I felt fine for a couple of days, but I think I over did it and ended up making myself sick to my stomach and had the worst pain right where my gall bladder use to be. I called the surgeon and explained my symptoms and he basically told me a couple of things to watch out for because he thinks my other major organs are slowly failing. I have to go back on Tuesday to run some blood work to see what is going on. Monday, Tricia came into town for work and we all met up at AZ mills for some shopping and dinner. Tuesday came and Claudia had to go back to Utah later that evening. I must say having her here made me feel so safe and she was the biggest help and life saver ever. I don't know what I would have done without her. I definately couldn't have done it all by myself. She did everything for us. She cleaned our entire house on Tuesday while Krew and I took a 2 hour nap. I was sad to see her go, but we will be in Utah for a week to stay with her again in July so I am excited about that. My cousin came by to meet the baby and Adam decided to let me go with her to get a pedicure. I had so much fun but couldn't wait to come home. It's weird to be gone even for an hour knowing you have a newborn at home and I just wanted to rush right home and hold him. He is the sweetest baby. Still, he never ever cries. We had a couple episodes and when we were at Mills with Tricia, she told us her little girl went through the same things Krew did and she changed her formula to Alimentum and never had any problems since then. So, me, Adam and Claudia decided to go buy some to try it out. YEAH that was the best thing we ever did. He has not been fussy since. Things have been all around great!! Adam turned 30 this last week and because my family was in town we went to Peter Piper Pizza (there were so many kids, did we have a choice?) I didn't eat anything because I can't but we had fun!! I am so so sad because Adam leaves for a week for work on Monday and I am not looking forward to being alone! I hate it more than anything else. Then, he comes back Friday, we have my friends wedding reception to go to and then he leaves again to Cali on Monday until Thursday, however, I think I may drive there just so I am not alone that long. Ok, so after that is the 4th of July weekend and he leaves the 13th for 2 weeks!! WHAT how am I going to deal with all this!! So, I think we may go to Utah for a week to be with Claudia, but only if Krew's Dr says it's ok because I have been told by a ton of people that taking babies on planes that young makes their ears pop really bad and he won't be a happy camper. So, we will see what she thinks!! Ahhh a day in the life of the Olsons!! I just can't wait until all this traveling is over with. Adam and I have never really been apart this much so I am super depressed about it, so if anyone has any bright ideas to keep me occupied, please let me know!! Not much for the outdoors right now, I hate this heat!! Here are some new pics of the visitors and my hour out with my cousin!!

WIDE AWAKE AND READY TO BE KISSED!!
So, I managed to catch this one on video. Adam was holding Krew and he was wide awake making the cutest little kissy faces. It's rare because he is usually sleeping all day long and likes to try to stay awake at night!! Enjoy!!

KREW'S 2ND DR'S APPT
Krew had his 2nd appointment today and I am happy to say he gained back the weight he lost in the hospital. He now weighs 7 pounds and is 21.5 inches long. His jaundice is completely long and the poor guy had to get his heel pricked. Here are some updated photos of him although most of them don't even really look like him. The ones at the bottom are more of what he looks like in person. He loves making these kissing lips so I guess I just better watch out for the girlies when he gets older!! I am down a total of 25 pounds. It's amazing how much weight is actually water weight when you have a baby. Now I don't feel so puffy. Anyhow, we are doing well. I am getting a little down lately though because I am cooped up inside all day long and it's just too hot to take a walk outside. I have been cleaning the house like crazy, going through a billion bags of clothes to get rid of ones I have not worn for like 2 years and all my shoes too. I am running out of things to do to keep my mind busy and occupied. Adam starts his new job on Monday and I know it will be way worse when he is gone. I don't want to fall in that post pardom depression state, so any suggestions will help. Adam is spending time with Krew tomorrow night because I will be going to bunko. Woo-hoo, he is so great!!

UPDATE ON KREW AND THE REST OF US!
Well we took him in for his 1st appointment to his Dr on Tuesday. It took forever to get back and they weighed him and he lost 8 oz. I know that's normal but I was still a little sad. So, when we were finishing up the Dr. told us he is a little more jaundice then she wants him to be so we had to go to a lab and get his blood drawn to see what his scores were on that. She ended up calling us later and told us he is perfectly fine and that we just need to open the blinds in our house and let him nap by the window, so the yellowish coloring will go away.

WELCOME KREW KENNETH OLSON
Yeah the waiting game is over. Krew was born on Friday at 1 p.m. weighing 6 lb. 14 oz. 21 inches long So the winner is.......... my stepdad!! Everything went well. We arrived at the hospital at 3 am and they started me on pitocin. The Dr. came in at around 8:45 and ruptured my water. I really wanted to wait to get the epidural until the last minute, so I ended up getting it when I was dialated to a 6 at 12:00 pm. The funny part about this is that We were expecting it to be a few more hours until I needed to start pushing so Adam left around noon to go get our dog and take her home. So, around 12:45 I felt that pressure and the nurse was like, "oh boy you better call your husband, you are going to have this baby like NOW!" So, I called Adam and he booked it there 60 miles an hour. Seriously, the second he walked in the door, I pushed twice and Krew was out. Everything went well, I am proud of myself for lasting that long without an epidural. I am even more happy I am finally home with my baby and the rest of my family. Here are some pictures of us and yes I did get myself all dolled up before his arrival. I had to, I looked so gross when I had Landen. My friend Sarinah came as well, but I was too stupid to take a picture. Duh!! Anyhow, it's amazing how much you can love someone you just met. Thanks for all your love and support. Now it's bootcamp baby to get this body back in shape. Oh but I have to wait 6 weeks! Darn it!!
